Eligibility Requirements
- 51% owned by qualifying individuals
- Iowa-based business
- Fewer than 4 employees OR less than $4M gross income
- Control and manage operations
How to Apply
1. Complete online TSB application 2. Submit supporting documentation 3. Review by IEDA staff 4. Certification issued if approved
National Certifications Recognized
Separate state certification required
If you hold these certifications, Iowa may accept them in lieu of or to expedite state certification.
