Certifications Offered
- Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
- Women Business Enterprise (WBE)
- Emerging Small Business (ESB)
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)
- Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVBE)
Eligibility Requirements
MBE/WBE:
- 51% owned by minority or women
- Oregon-based or doing Oregon business
- Control operations
ESB:
- Oregon-based small business
- Disadvantaged in marketplace
How to Apply
1. Create COBID account 2. Complete certification application 3. Submit required documentation 4. Review and potential site visit 5. Certification decision
National Certifications Recognized
May accept NMSDC, WBENC for expedited review
If you hold these certifications, Oregon may accept them in lieu of or to expedite state certification.
