SDB:
- 51% owned by qualifying individuals
- Meet small business size standards
- Operate as business in Pennsylvania
SB:
- 100 or fewer employees
- Under $25.5M gross annual receipts
How to Apply
1. Register in PA Supplier Portal 2. Self-certify as Small Business 3. Apply for Small Diverse Business verification 4. Submit third-party certification documentation 5. Verification granted
National Certifications Recognized
Accepts NMSDC, WBENC, NGLCC, Disability:IN, federal VET certifications
If you hold these certifications, Pennsylvania may accept them in lieu of or to expedite state certification.
