Eligibility Requirements
- At least 51% owned by minority, woman, or service-disabled veteran
- Texas principal place of business, OR
- HQ in Texas with more than 10 employees
- Owner must control management and daily operations
- Meet SBA size standards
How to Apply
1. Register in Texas Centralized Master Bidders List 2. Apply for HUB certification online 3. Submit required documentation 4. Undergo review 5. Certification decision within 90 days
National Certifications Recognized
May accept SBA 8(a), NMSDC, WBENC certifications for expedited review
If you hold these certifications, Texas may accept them in lieu of or to expedite state certification.
