- Certifier fees. Where a certifier charges one, you pay it to the certifier directly. SBA certifications cost nothing to file.

Fill in the free request form. It takes about 3 minutes and needs no account. A person on our team reads it and replies by email from contact@supplierdiversity.com.

We prepare the application with you
We check your facts against the program's current rules, give you a checklist of every document it asks for, review what you send and write a draft of each answer for you to correct.

You file it, with us on the call
On a video call you sign in to your own account, paste in the answers and submit. If the certifier writes back with questions, we help you answer them.

What we do
- Explain what each certification requires, in plain words.
- Check the basic eligibility rules, such as size, ownership, control and location, against the program's current rules.
- Build the checklist of every document the application asks for.
- Review your documents for gaps and mismatches before the certifier sees them.
- Draft every answer for you to read, correct and approve.
- Check the finished package against the certifier's current form.
- Run a live filing session on video while you submit from your own account.
- Help you answer the certifier's follow-up questions after you file.
What we never do
- Ask for or hold your logins to SBA, Login.gov or any certifier's portal.
- Sign, attest or click Submit on your application.
- Contact an agency or certifier as if we were you.
- Promise approval. The certifier decides.
- Advise on restructuring ownership or control so a business qualifies. That is a lawyer's job.
- Claim any link to SBA, a state or a certifier. We have none.
Paperwork
Documents to expect
Most certifications ask for some version of the list below. Your checklist follows the certifier's current form, so it will be shorter or longer than this.
- Formation documents
- Articles of incorporation or organization, bylaws or operating agreement, and every amendment.
- Proof of ownership
- Stock certificates and the stock ledger, or the membership records of an LLC.
- Owner identity and citizenship
- A photo ID and proof of U.S. citizenship, such as a passport, for each owner the certification is based on.
- Tax returns
- Recent federal returns for the business, and for some programs the owners' personal returns.
- Proof of control
- Owner resumes, bank signature cards and licenses that show who runs the business day to day.
- Program-specific proof
- For VetCert, the DD-214, plus the VA disability rating letter for SDVOSB. For HUBZone, payroll records and proof of where employees live.

Common questions
Do you submit my application for me?
No. You submit it from your own account, with us on the call. SBA and the certifiers require the owner to sign and submit.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. The certifying agency or organization makes every decision.
Is it free to apply?
SBA certifications and SAM.gov registration are free. Third-party certifiers such as WBENC and NMSDC councils charge their own fees, paid to them directly. APEX Accelerators and SBDCs help for free.
How soon will someone reply?
A person replies by email, in the order requests arrive.
What happens after I send the request form?
A person on our team reads it and replies by email from contact@supplierdiversity.com to talk through which certifications are worth your time and what each one asks for. Nothing is charged and nothing is filed.

SBA certifications (8(a), HUBZone, WOSB/EDWOSB, VetCert) and SAM.gov registration are free to apply for. Free help is available from APEX Accelerators, Small Business Development Centers and SBA district offices. You do not need to pay anyone to apply.
We do not certify businesses and cannot guarantee approval. The certifying agency or organization makes every decision. You are responsible for the truth of every answer and document, and you sign and submit your application yourself.
Certifier fees (for example WBENC, NMSDC councils, NaVOBA, NGLCC, Disability:IN) are separate, paid by you directly to the certifier, and usually not refundable by them.
