Contract Description
CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, LABOR, HAND TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO PERFORM PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE AS DESCRIBED IN THE PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) AND REFERENCES FOUND THROUGH OUT THE PWS, TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR (US-DOL), OFFICE OF THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT (OASAM) IN THE FRANCES PERKINS BUILDING. THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE CONTRACT FOR TOTAL OF ONE (1) BASE YEAR AND TWO (2) TWELVE-MONTH OPTION PERIODS. THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE IS FOUR MILLION DOLLARS ($4,000,000.00).
