OTHER FUNCTIONS THE CONTRACTOR WILL SUPPORT THE FFSPO OFFICE IN REALIZING THREE STRATEGIC GOALS A. REDUCE THE FAA COST TO PROVIDE FLIGHT SERVICES, WITH A TARGET REDUCTION NO LESS THAN 65 PERCENT COMPARED TO THE EXISTING AUTOMATED FLIGHT SERVICE STATION (AFSS) CONTRACT; B. ENCOURAGE THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY, INDUSTRY BEST PRACTICES, AND AUTHORITATIVE FLIGHT DATA ACCESSED THROUGH SYSTEM WIDE INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (SWIM) TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY OF SERVICE DELIVERY; AND C. FACILITATE AND GAIN STAKEHOLDER ACCEPTANCE OF CHANGES IN FLIGHT SERVICE DELIVERY.
