THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO: 1) ESTABLISH THE CONTRACT CLIN STRUCTURE FOR THE SA&A AS A SERVICE CONTRACT, PENETRATION TESTING AND RELATED SERVICES. 2) PROVIDE FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $58,261 FOR THE GLAAS SA&A TO KICK OFF THE SA&A AS A SERVICE CONTRACT. FUNDING WILL BE ESTABLISHED ON A FIXED PRICE BASIS AS NEEDED PER REQUIREMENT.
