EDWOSB certification provides access to additional sole-source and set-aside contract opportunities beyond standard WOSB. The woman owner's personal net worth must not exceed $750,000 (excluding equity in the business and primary residence), and average adjusted gross income must be below $350,000 over three years.

A WOSB owner with personal net worth under $750,000 can qualify for EDWOSB status to access more federal contracting opportunities.
