Yes. The Free account never expires. Upgrade to Professional whenever it makes sense. All your saved suppliers, documents, and search history carry over with no migration.
What payment methods do you accept? +
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Card details never touch our servers. Stripe handles tokenization, storage, and PCI compliance.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? +
Yes, from your billing settings. The 17% annual discount applies on switch and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We don't pro-rate mid-cycle changes either direction.
How does the $100 CertifyAll discount work? +
Active Professional subscribers automatically pay $299 instead of $399 at CertifyAll checkout. The discount applies to a single certification application per CertifyAll order. If you're submitting multiple applications, the discount stacks against each.
What happens if I cancel? +
Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Premium features stay available through the end of your current billing period. After that the account reverts to Free with all your saved data intact.
