Program overview
How FedEx Corporation's supplier diversity program works.
FedEx requires prospective suppliers to register in its Supplier Registration Portal so sourcing professionals across FedEx companies can find them. Suppliers choose NAICS codes and attach relevant certifications, and the portal FAQ suggests uploading minority and women-owned certificates. FedEx may not reach out for some time after registration, since contracts can already be in place.
