How Good Faith Efforts works in supplier diversity
When a contractor cannot meet DBE or diversity subcontracting goals, they must demonstrate good faith efforts to do so. GFE documentation includes evidence of outreach to diverse firms, attendance at matchmaking events, solicitation of bids from diverse subcontractors, and reasons why diverse firms were not selected.
