EDWOSB certification provides access to additional sole-source and set-aside contract opportunities beyond standard WOSB. The woman owner's personal net worth must not exceed $850,000 (excluding equity in the business and primary residence), and average adjusted gross income must be below $400,000 over three years (13 CFR 127.203).
